A new seafront villa development is proposed in the Chloraka area of Paphos, comprising nine bespoke villas designed to meet the individual requirements of each client. The villas vary in size, layout, and architectural character, offering a tailored living experience within a cohesive development.
The villas differ in configuration, with some arranged over two storeys and incorporating a roof garden, while others include a basement level in addition to a roof garden. All villas benefit from private swimming pools and uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean Sea. Covered areas range from approximately 140 m² to 380 m², ensuring a variety of options to suit different lifestyles and needs.
The structural strategy adopts reinforced concrete construction to meet the high-end specifications of the development. A combination of flat slabs and downstand beams is used, with downstand beams introduced where longer spans are required, allowing for flexible open-plan internal layouts. Exposed concrete walls are a key architectural feature and will remain visible in many areas to express the design intent and materiality of the project.
The project is fully BIM coordinated.
