A-Frame Holiday House is located on the outskirts of Paphos, Cyprus. The compact residence measures approximately 10 × 8 m in plan with a height of 7 m, designed as a modular system that can be easily scaled up or down to suit different sites and requirements.

The structure is a hybrid of steel frames and light-gauge steel infills, founded on a reinforced concrete slab. This approach maximizes material efficiency for the small-scale project while allowing for large glazed openings that frame uninterrupted 360-degree views of the Mediterranean Sea. A floating pool enhances the outdoor experience, further connecting the interior spaces with the surrounding landscape.

The project was fully developed in a 3D BIM model by the formDP team to optimize coordination, fabrication, and construction processes. The combination of lightweight steel construction and thoughtful modular design ensures flexibility, rapid assembly, and a minimal environmental footprint.
