A three-storey residential development with a shared swimming pool is currently under design in the heart of Kato Paphos, set within a vibrant touristic area and surrounded by significant historic landmarks.
The building comprises studio apartments as well as one- and two-bedroom units on each level, offering a diverse range of accommodation options. The total covered area is appr. 1300m2.
The structural system is based on a reinforced concrete frame with flat slabs, selected to maximise floor-to-ceiling heights and enhance spatial quality. Overall stability is provided through a combination of reinforced concrete cores and strategically positioned shear walls, ensuring robust resistance to both seismic and wind actions. This solution allows for flexible, open-plan layouts while remaining cost-effective and supporting a fast, efficient fabrication and construction process.
The project is fully coordinated using Building Information Modelling (BIM).
