Ekso Vrisi apartment’s block

A new two-storey apartment block is proposed at Ekso Vrisi, in the heart of the Universal area of Paphos. The development comprises two-bedroom apartments designed to provide modern, comfortable living in a central yet serene location.

The structural system consists of a reinforced concrete frame with shear walls and downstand beams, combined with a two-way spanning slab. This approach provides both lateral stability against seismic and wind loads and flexibility for open-plan layouts. The design allows for efficient load distribution, cantilevered balconies, and large window openings to maximize natural light and ventilation throughout the apartments.

The building’s orientation and massing are carefully considered to optimize views, privacy, and solar exposure, creating high-quality indoor and outdoor spaces. The reinforced concrete frame ensures durability and longevity, while the two-way slab system supports the architectural intent for open and adaptable interiors.

The project is fully coordinated using BIM to ensure seamless integration between architectural and structural design, and to optimize construction efficiency.
