A three-storey apartment block with a piloti level and a roof garden is currently under design in the Zakaki area of Limassol. The building is located on a small plot within a residential neighborhood. It comprises one two-bedroom apartment on each floor, with a roof garden that offers beautiful panoramic views of Limassol and the Mediterranean Sea.

The structural system adopts a hybrid solution, combining reinforced concrete cores with a steel frame. The reinforced concrete cores provide a robust stability system to resist seismic and wind loads, while the steel frame supports the remaining structure and safely transfers vertical loads to the foundations. This approach maximizes the open-plan potential of the floor layouts, while also offering a cost-effective solution and enabling a fast and efficient fabrication and construction process.

The project is fully BIM coordinated.
