A new apartment block is proposed in the city centre of the old town of Paphos. The development comprises four storeys of two- and three-bedroom apartments, with the ground and basement levels accommodating parking facilities. The main entrance to the building is located at ground-floor level. The project has an approximate covered area of 4,000 m².
The apartments are designed with generous outdoor spaces and balconies, responding to the hot Cypriot climate and long summer months, as well as to the local culture of outdoor living. The development also features a large communal swimming pool and a roof terrace, offering unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea and the historic old town of Paphos.
The structural system consists of a reinforced concrete frame with shear walls and downstand beams, complemented by a reinforced concrete core. The core, in combination with the shear walls, provides lateral stability against seismic and wind loads, while also housing the lift and staircase cores that serve vertical circulation to the upper floors.
The project is fully BIM coordinated.
