A new build apartment’s block in the city centre of the Old Paphos town. It consists of 4 storeys of two/ three bedroom apartments with the ground and basement storeys offering the parking slots as well as the main entrance to the building which is situated on the ground floor. It has an appr. area of 4000 m2.

The apartements offer large outdoor area, balconies, considering the hot climate of Cyprus and the long summer months as well as driving from the local culture of spending a lot of time outdoors. The block also includes a large swimming pool and a terrace area on the roof offering unobstructued views to the Mediterranean sea and the old town of Paphos.

The structural system consists of reinforced cocrete frame with shear walls adn downstand beams as well as a concrete core that provides the lateral stability, in combination with the shear walls, against seismic loads and wind, as well as accomodating the lifts and staircases for the circulation to the upper floors.

The project is fully BIM coordinated.
