Magnolia Serenity is a residential apartment block comprising four similar storeys above a piloti level dedicated to parking, located in a lively residential area of Geroskipou, Paphos. The development has an approximate covered area of 2,000 m² and is designed to strike a balanced relationship between indoor and outdoor living, taking full advantage of the Cypriot climate and Mediterranean views.

The proposed structural system is reinforced concrete, enabling open-plan apartment layouts and the incorporation of cantilevered elements at ground-floor level. These cantilevers allow for clear access and circulation around the building while maintaining structural efficiency and architectural clarity.

The project is fully BIM coordinated.
