Mesa Geitonia Villa is a large-scale residential project comprising a six-bedroom villa arranged over three floors, situated on a hilltop location that offers uninterrupted 360-degree views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Limassol skyline. The residence has an approximate covered area of 750 m² and is designed to maximize views, privacy, and spatial quality.
The structural system is primarily reinforced concrete, selected for its durability and suitability to local construction practices and seismic requirements in Cyprus. Steel elements are selectively incorporated as architectural features, enhancing the design expression while complementing the primary concrete structure. The villa is located in Limassol, Cyprus.
The project is fully BIM coordinated.
