A contemporary two-storey residential development with piloti is currently under design in the heart of Kato Paphos, within a vibrant touristic setting and in close proximity to significant historic landmarks. The project features a shared swimming pool on the roof terrace, enhancing the residents’ leisure experience while maximizing views and outdoor amenity space.

The development comprises a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments distributed across both levels, offering a diverse range of accommodation options. The total covered area is approximately 600 m².

The structural system is based on a reinforced concrete frame, with exposed perimeter concrete walls contributing to the building’s contemporary architectural expression. Overall structural stability is achieved through a combination of reinforced concrete cores and strategically positioned shear walls, providing robust resistance against seismic and wind actions. This approach enables flexible open-plan layouts while remaining cost-effective and supporting an efficient fabrication and construction process.

The project is being fully coordinated and developed using Building Information Modelling (BIM), ensuring a high level of interdisciplinary integration, accuracy, and construction efficiency.
