A development of villas with pictursque view in Pissouri, Limassol. The current development includes 4 two storey villas build across the plot and utilizing the natural slope of the Site. Each villas’ design differs responding to the site specific characteristics and fully utilizing the view. The structural design is also responding to this, by being bespoke for each design, but ensuring efficiency of materials and fabrication’s methodology. The rear side of the lower floor is semi-basement, coming above ground in the front due to the natural terrain. The semi- basement will be materialised in reinforced concrete, while the rest of the structure will be done in timber and steel where the large spans, envisioned by the design, require it.

The structural models are developed in BIM for accurate coordination.
