Secret Valley House is a three-storey residence located on the outskirts of Paphos in Secret Valley, offering unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The structural strategy is based on a reinforced concrete frame, forming the semi-basement, ground floor, and first floor. Close integration between structural and architectural detailing was essential to achieve the seamless architectural vision. The project was fully coordinated in BIM to ensure efficiency and precision throughout the design and construction process.

The design incorporates open-plan layouts, cantilevered elements, and a basement excavation, all carefully resolved within the structural strategy to support both functionality and aesthetic intent.
